Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Gaurav Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondent No.2, who has filed an affidavit of compliance.
It is submitted that the necessary appropriate orders have been passed in compliance of the order passed by the writ Court, a copy thereof has been brought on record along with the affidavit of compliance as Annexure No.1 and 2.
It is further submitted that actual disbursement of the amount shall also be made within a maximum period of one month from today.
In view of the assurance extended by Shri Gaurav Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondent No.2, list this matter again on 29.08.2022.
