1. This is an application seeking impleadment of Ms. Vani Ranjan Agarwal, District Judge, Unnao as respondent no. 6 in the present contempt application as respondent no. 4 has been transferred.

2. Cause shown in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the instant application is sufficient.

3. The impleadment application is allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to implead Ms. Vani Ranjan Agarwal, District Judge, Unnao as respondent no. 6 in the array of respondents in the memo of the contempt application during the course of the day.

1. Issue notice to the newly impleaded respondent no. 6 to explain as to why contempt proceedings be not initiated against her for alleged willful disobedience of the order dated 18.09.2019, passed in Writ Petition No. 3050(S/S) of 2014.

2. As prayed, steps be taken within seven days.

3. List this case in the week commencing 24.03.2025.

4. Office is directed to submit service report by the next date of listing.
