1. Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Aniruddha Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing counsel and Ms. Ritika Singh holding brief of Sri Gaurav Mehrotra, counsel for respondent No.2- District Judge, Unnao.

2.Sri Aniruddha Singh submits that the matter pertaining to creation of a supernumerary post is under active consideration before Principal Secretary, Law Department of U.P. and prays for sometime for compliance of the order of the writ Court.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant has pressed C.M. Application No.172839 of 2021 for impleadment of Sri Pramod Kumar Srivastava-II, Principal Secretary, Law, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow as opposite party No.3 in the memo of the petition. The cause shown is sufficient. Application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to make necessary incorporation in the memo during the course of day.

4. Issue notice to newly impleaded opposite party No.3. Steps be taken within a week.

5. List this case on 26.4.2022.
