Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the present applicant is in jail since 10.8.2019 in Case Crime No. 531 of 2019 u/s 302 IPC, P.S. Kotwali City, District Hardoi. It has been submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case as he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution in the F.I.R. and there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in near future, therefore, considering the period of incarceration of the applicant in jail, he may be released on bail.

List on 18.4.2022, if possible within top ten cases, to enable the learned District and Sessions Judge, Hardoi to submit a report indicating the current status of the trial.

Let the copy of this order be provided to learned District and Sessions Judge, Hardoi within three working days for its compliance.
