None appears on behalf of the applicant to press this bail application, however, learned AGA is for the State-respondent is present.

As per the order dated $27.01.2022$ :-

"None responded on behalf of the applicant. Learned AGA is present before the Court"

As per order dated $03.02.2022$ :

"The case is being taken up through video conferencing as per order of the court due to spike in the number of Covid-19 positive cases.

Learned counsel for the applicant is not connected, whereas learned AGA is present."

Learned AGA has already filed objection in compliance of order dated 03.03.2020.

Even after that none appeared to press this bail application since 16.11.2022, 24.11.2022, 01.12.2022, 16.12.2022 and Today.

It appears that applicant has lost his interest to pursue the bail application.

Accordingly, the bail application is disposed of as not pressed.
