This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner - Krishna Kumar @ Ballu @ Babloo with the following main prayer :-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned First Information Report No.340 of 2021, under Sections 195, 201, 211, 120-B IPC, Police Staiton Pura Kalander, District Ayodhya (as contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition), in the interest of justice.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties not to arrest the petitioner in relation to impugned First Information Report No.340/2021, under Sections 195, 201, 211, 120-B IPC, Police Staiton - Pura Kalander, District - Ayodhya, in the interest of justice."
It appears that by efflux of time, the instant writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
However, it is open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application within two months from today, if the matter survives.
