-
This Criminal revision has been preferred on behalf of the State against the judgment and order dated 20.04.2000 passed by the Special Judge, Gangsters Act, Faizabad (now Ayodhya), discharging the accused-respondents in Gangster Case No. 45 of 1993 from the charges levelled against them.
-
This revision was filed in the year 2002.
-
The impugned judgment and order is well reasoned. This Court, while exercising revisional jurisdiction, does not find any ground to interfere with the findings recorded by the trial Court. Thus, this revision is hereby dismissed.
