Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Office report dated 17.06.2022 indicates that the service on the respondent is not sufficient.

Let fresh steps be taken for service on the unserved respondent within a week.

It has also been informed that another set of proceedings under the Domestic Violence Act is fixed before the appropriate court in District Lucknow for 28.09.2022.

Be that as it may, apart from the regular mode, the petitioner is also directed to serve the respondent through Dasti Summons. Office to do the needful within three days.

List this matter again on 20th of October, 2022, on which date, office shall furnish its service report and the learned counsel for the petitioner shall also file the affidavit of service.
