Counsel for the revisionists is directed to take fresh steps for service of notice under Section 5 of Limitation Act upon respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 by the registered post A.D.
Revisionists are also required to take fresh steps for service upon respondent nos. 1 and 6 by supplying their correct and current addresses.
Steps be taken within two weeks.
List the delay condonation application on the date succeeding the date fixed in the notice for appearance of the opposite parties alongwith a tracking report.
Office shall furnish a fresh tracking report regarding notices sent to the opposite party nos. 5 and 7 on that date.
