By the order dated 03.05.2018, this Court has directed to issue fresh notice to the opposite parties to engage another counsel, as the counsel who was representing the opposite parties has been elevated to the Bench of this Court.

On 03.07.2018, the office has reported that the "NEC, which were issued to the respondent nos. 1 and 2 by registered post fixing 02.07.2018, have been reported as under

Respondent no. 1 - Notice returned with report, "left."

Respondent no. 2 - Notice returned with report, "House is empty since long time, no one lives here, thus returned."

In view of the aforesaid facts, let fresh notices be issued and be served upon the respondent no. 1 at its unit which is situated at Plot No. 70, C, Cross Road, Moral Industrial area, M.I.D.C., Andheri (East) Mumbai - 400093, Maharashtra and at the Commercial address of respondent no. 2 at M/s SES Technologies Ltd., B-4, Sector-23, Noida, U.P.

Notice be sent through speed post within one week.
