This application has been filed by the revisionist praying for permission to withdraw the aforesaid instant SCC Revision. It is supported by an affidavit of the revisionist himself who states that an interim order was granted on 6.1.2014 staying the operation of the ex-parte decree. Now, the parties have entered into a compromise on 9.3.2018 and the same has also been filed through joint application before the learned Court below on 15.3.2018, therefore he does not wish to press this Revision any further.
The application is allowed.
The Revision is dismissed as withdrawn.
Interim order shall stand discharged.
