Heard Mr. Om Prakash Singh Sikarwar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.A. Murtaza, learned AGA for the respondent-State.

Learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent-State, on instructions, submits that the Investigating Agency is making all efforts to arrest the accused persons named in FIR dated 22.8.2018, bearing Crime No. 0091/2018 under Sections 186, 189, 353, 386, 504, 506, IPC & 3(1) (r) (s) & 3 (2)(v) of the SC & ST Act, 1989 registered at the Police Station Nadigaon, District Jalaun. He submits that the Investigating Agency would be able to arrest the accused within next 2-3 weeks. The respondents appear to be history-sheeters, having lot of criminal cases pending against them including for the offences under Sections 302 and 307 IPC. In view thereof, we keep this matter on 28.9.2018.

The Investigating Officer is directed to inform the concerned Court if an application for bail/anticipatory bail is made by the accused persons in connection with this offence about pendency of this petition before the High Court.
