Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and learned AGA for the State.

This criminal revision has been preferred against the order dated 21.05.2022 by which application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has been allowed and revisionist have been directed to pay Rs.3000/- per month to his wife and Rs.2000/- per month to his minor daughter.

The main submission of learned counsel for the revisionist is that revisionist is not in a position to deposit the entire amount of arrears of maintenance amount lump sum and requested to make easy installments. So far as the payment of maintenance is concerned revisionist shall pay the maintenance amount as ordered in the impugned order regularly and the arrears of maintenance amount should be paid by the revisionist in ten equal installments paid at the intervals of six months.

Accordingly, this criminal revision is disposed of.
