Heard Ms. Katiyani, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Abhishek Tripathi, learned counsel for the opposite party.

This is a transfer application filed by the wife for seeking transfer of the matrimonial case, pending before the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Room No.2, Kanpur Nagar to the Family Court, Mainpuri. The applicant is wife, who resides at Mainpuri.

Ms. Katiyani, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant shall be gravely prejudiced and disabled from effectively prosecuting her case in case the proceedings are allowed to take their course.

The matter requires consideration.

Counter affidavit be filed by opposite party within one week. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed by the applicant within one week thereafter.

Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of Suit No.1358 of 2019 (Ajay Kumar Sharma Vs. Smt. Jyoti Nanda Sharma), pending before the Court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Room No.2, Kanpur Nagar shall remain stayed.
