As major fire broke out in the office of Advocate General at Allahabad State of U.P., it is informed that record of cases including the record of this case has been engulfed in fire due to which learned A.G.A. is not in a position to assist the Court for want of instruction
Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to serve copy of the bail application to the learned A.G.A. or in the office of Government Advocate within 24 hours.
In such situation and in the interest of justice, the case is adjourned for two weeks to enable the learned A.G.A. to obtain instruction in the matter positively.
