Supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioners is taken on record. Counter affidavit filed by newly added respondent no. 6 is also taken on record.

Reply to the supplementary affidavit may be filed by respondent no. 6 and learned Standing Counsel within three days. Within the same period, petitioner may also file rejoinder affidavit to the counter affidavit filed by respondent no. 6.

The petition may be posted on 17th May, 2018, on which date, learned Standing Counsel shall again ensure production of the original records.

We are also informed that auction, which was scheduled to be held on 10th May, 2018, was postponed for certain unavoidable circumstances and now it is scheduled for 15th May, 2018. We again provide that the auction may be held, as scheduled, but the same shall not be finalised, except with the leave of the Court.
