Case has been called out in revised. Learned counsels for both sides are not present.
Present transfer application has been filed for seeking transfer of Case No. 1339 of 2017, (Sidharth Vs. Vertika) from Principal Judge, Family Court, Meerut to Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad.
Present matter is pertaining to the year 2018 and there is no interim order passed by this Court. Therefore, I have gone through the records and it appears that by efflux of time, either aforesaid case has been decided or applicant is not willing to contest the transfer application.
Accordingly, transfer application is dismissed.
However, liberty is given to the applicant to move recall application, if cause of action still survives.
