First Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application No. 7125 of 2021 was disposed of on 24.03.2021 by granting protection of 45 days or report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C., whichever is earlier.

Shri Dileep Kumar Pandey learned counsel for applicants submits that till date, charge-sheet has not been submitted.

This is the second anticipatory bail application which is shocking and surprising that the Investigating Officer of the case has not filed the report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. for the F.I.R. lodged on 16.02.2021.

Let the Investigating Officer will appear in person before this Court along with the case diary and plausible justification for this delay.
