This bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No. 178 of 2020, under Section 354 IPC and 9/10 of POCSO Act, P.S. Khakheru, district Fatehpur, during pendency of trial.

Notice on behalf of respondent no.1 has been accepted by the learned AGA.

Issue notice to the opposite party no.2 returnable at an early date.

All the respondents pray for and are granted a month's time to file a counter affidavit.
