The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the Appellate Court to decide application under Order 41, Rule 21 CPC, within a stipulated time.

It is urged by learned counsel for the petitioner that the application is pending since 13.5.2015.

Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the Appellate Court to decide the application under Order 41, Rule 21 CPC, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
