Sri Sanjeev Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the appellants is present.
Sri Arun Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondents has sent illness slip.
Office report of 27.9.2019 is that two notices issued to respondent nos. 2 and 3 by both ways RPAD as well as ordinary process fixing 30.9.2019 has been returned with remark as under:
"Ordinary process.

R-3: Served through daughter.

R-2,3: They are delivered as per post office report".
As such, service of notice on respondent no.2 is sufficient and service of notice on respondent no.3 is deemed sufficient.
