Time to file rejoinder affidavit is again sought on behalf of the applicant. It may be noted that already two opportunities have been given for filing the rejoinder affidavit but it is yet to be filed. In these circumstances, one last opportunity is being given to the applicant, failing which, the interim protection shall not be extended and suitable order may be passed.
