Mr. Meraj Ahmad Khan, learned counsel for the applicants is present through video conferencing. He states that he has received counter affidavit filed by opposite party no.2 for which he prays for and is allowed two weeks' time to file rejoinder affidavit.

Perusal of the record shows that counter affidavit filed on behalf of opposite party no.2 is not on record.

Office is directed to trace out the counter affidavit and place it on record.

Put-up in the additional cause list on 7th July, 2021.

In the mean time, counter affidavit on behalf of State may be filed.

Interim order, granted earlier, shall continue till the next date of listing.
