Accused-<br>Sachin<br>Kumar<br>Goel,
who<br>is<br>in<br>judicial<br>custody<br>in<br>connection with case crime no. 553
of 2019, under sections 420, 406 IPC
and<br>under<br>section<br>3/21<br>of<br>the
Banning<br>of<br>Unregulated<br>Deposit<br>Schemes Act,<br>2019 registered<br>at P.S.
Bhagwanpur,<br>District<br>Haridwar<br>has
sought his release on bail.
It is submitted by the learned
senior counsel that accused is ready<br>to<br>settle<br>the<br>dispute<br>with<br>the
aggrieved person within a period of
two<br>months<br>and<br>prayed<br>for<br>short
term bail for a period of two months.
Per<br>contra<br>learned<br>State<br>Counsel has no objection if accused
may be enlarged on short term bail
for a period of two months.
In<br>view<br>of<br>the<br>above,<br>this
regular bail is treated as a short term<br>bail.
Since, the accused is ready to
settle the dispute<br>with<br>the aggrieved
person, thus, the accused is entitled
for short term bail for a period of two<br>months.
In view of the above,<br>applicant
-
is directed to be released on short
term bail for a period of two<br>months,
from the date of his release,<br>on his
avauting a namonal hand and
executing<br>a<br>personal<br>bond<br>and
furnishing two reliable sureties in like
amount to the satisfaction of the
amount<br>to<br>the<br>satisfaction<br>of<br>the
Court concerned.
Needles<br>to<br>say<br>that<br>after
completion of 60 days from the date
completion of 60 days<br>from the date
of his release,<br>the accused put his
appearance before the concerned jail
authority

disposed of.
