After hearing learned counsel for the revisionist and having gone through the documents available on record, it is provided, as an interim measure that the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 04.04.2018 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nainital shall remain stayed, provided the revisionist continues to pay Rs. 3,000/- per month as interim maintenance allowance to the respondent wife from the date of passing of the impugned order.
Stay application No. 1055 of 2018 stands disposed of accordingly.
