The matter pertains to a Village Kalawali Block - Jaspur, Udham Singh Nagar where presently the land of the petitioners is under consolidation. In the said consolidation proceedings an application for demarcation has been moved by the present petitioners. Since, a part of the land of the petitioners is adjacent to the land of respondent nos. 4 & 5, which are C.P.I.O. Defense Estate Officer, Bareilly Mandal, Bareilly Cantonment and Commandant Remount Training School and Depot Hempur, Depot Kashipur respectively, demarcation is not being done as respondent Nos. 4 & 5 are not cooperating in the matter.

Mr. V.K. Kaparwan, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 4 & 5 gives an undertaking that they shall fully cooperate in the matter, subject to the procedure as laid down under the law.

Let the petitioners move an application before the authorities concerned for demarcation in which the respondents shall fully cooperate.
