Having heard on the correction application no.7629/2014, it is hereby allowed. Appellant is permitted to incorporate the corrections, as sought by him.

As regards the amendment application no.7627 of 2014, the respondent/plaintiff wants to oppose the same and seeks to file his objection. At the same time, it has been argued on behalf of the appellant that the second appeal has not been admitted yet, thus, the respondent has no locus standi to object the sought amendment. This argument, on behalf of the appellant, is unacceptable and is thus, rejected. Respondent/plaintiff may file his objection in the Registry.

Put up tomorrow for orders on the amendment application.
