Heard Mr. K.De, learned counsel appearing for the applicant who urges the Court for disbursement of the statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/- in favour of the appellant insurance company $\frac{1}{2}$ since the appellant has deposited the entire amount of award in terms of the judgment and order dated 11.07.2019 passed by this Court in MAC Appl. 60 of 2017. सत्यमेव जयते

Mr.D.C.Roy, learned advocate appears for the original claimant and submits that copy of the IA has not yet been supplied to the original claimant. Petitioner is therefore asked to supply copy of the IA to the counsel of the claimant respondent within a week.
