UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. The application for permission to file the Special Leave Petition is allowed.

$\overline{2}$ . The application for deleting the names of respondent Nos.4, 5 and 6 from the array of parties is allowed at the risk and responsibility of the petitioners.

Cause-title be amended accordingly. $\mathbf{3}_{\text{atine Not}}$ Issue notice re: condonation of delay as also on the Special Leave Petition, returnable on 27.09.2024.

$5.$ In the meantime, there shall be interim stay to the effect that no coercive action, including complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, shall be entertained on behalf of the Banks/Financial Institutions or Builders/Developers against the home buyers. 6.
