Despite due service on respondent nos.1 and 2, there is no appearance.

Ld. Counsel for respondent no.6 submits that counter affidavit has been filed yesterday only. Let office verify.

Counsel for respondent nos.3, 5 and 7 also requests for further time for filing counter affidavit. However, last chance was granted earlier. Hence, no further time is granted.

Respondent no.4 has already filed counter affidavit.

Hence, process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.
