Respondent No.7 in SLP(C) No(s).8685/2023 and respondent No.6 in SLP(C) No(s).8686/2023 have failed to file counter ature Not Verifie <pre>idavit, despite last opportunity having been granted, as</pre> $\begin{array}{c}\n\text{Date. 2028-13} \ 12:27:24 \text{ IS} \ \text{Boseen}\n\end{array}$ such, further opportunity stands declined.

Ld. counsel for respondent No.7 to 9 in SLP(C) No(s).8686/2023 have filed an application for deletion but it has been notified to be defective. Four weeks' time is granted for curing the defects, as last opportunity.

Service is complete on the remaining respondents but none has entered appearance.

Ld. counsel has filed an application for transposition of proforma from respondent No. 8 to Petitioner No. 25 in both SLPs but still it has been notified to be defective. Four weeks' time, is granted as last opportunity, for curing the defects.
