However, Ld. counsel for the said respondents seeks one more opportunity to file counter affidavit. Two weeks' time, as last and final opportunity, is granted for filing counter affidavit.

Respondent No.4 has filed counter affidavit but after the opportunity was declined. Registry to make a specific mention in the office report at the time of listing the matter before the Hon'ble Court.

Respondent Nos.3 and 6 have failed to file counter affidavit, despite last opportunity having been granted. However, Ld. counsel for the said respondents seeks one more opportunity to file counter affidavit. Two weeks' time, as last and final opportunity, is granted for filing counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has filed an Application for deletion in respect of respondent Nos. 7 to 9 but it has been notified to be defective. Four weeks' time is granted to cure the defects.

Application for seeking amendment of Memo of parties has been filed but it is defective in both SLPs. Four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to cure the defects.

Service is complete on the remaining respondents, but none has entered appearance.
