UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

SLP (C) Nos.9577-9579/2023

All appearing respondents are granted four weeks time, as a last chance to file counter affidavit.

IA for deletion has been filed in respect of some of respondents. Same is defective. Two weeks time, as a last chance, is granted to Ld. Counsel for petitioner to cure the defects.

Ld. Counsel for petitioner has failed to file spare copies for issuance of notice to all the unserved respondents.

Hence, process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.

Despite due service on respondent no.2, there is no appearance.

Four weeks time, is granted to respondent nos.3, 4 and 5 to file counter affidavit.

Ld. counsel for petitioner has failed to take fresh steps and furnish fresh particulars, for effecting service upon respondent no.1.

Hence, process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.

Despite due service on respondent nos.2, 3, 5, 6 and 9, there is no appearance. However, Mr. Ajayo Sharma, Ld. Advocate appearing for Mr. Anupam Singh, Ld. AOR seeks for time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no.6. One week time, is granted to file vakalatnama and four weeks time, is granted to file counter affidavit.

Respondent no.1 has already filed counter affidavit.

Four weeks time, as a last chance, is granted to respondent no.8 to file counter affidavit.

Counter affidavit has been filed in respect of respondent no.7 but the same is defective but he has filed a letter that the counter affidavit filed by him may be accepted.

Ld. counsel for petitioner has failed to take fresh steps, for effecting service upon respondent no.4.

Hence, process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions, in respect of request made by respondent no.7 and for not taking fresh steps in respect of respondent no.4.
