Having regard to the order passed by this Court on 17.04.2023 in SLP(C) No.7649/2023 and noting that the petitioners were not party to the proceedings in the High Court, permission is granted to file the Special Leave Petition. I.A No.121047/2023 is allowed. However, for this category of case since no interim order was granted, we do not propose to pass any similar interim order in this case.

Mr. Himanshu Tyagi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since two groups of litigants, those who were parties in the High Court and those who were not parties in the High Court are combined together in this Special Leave Petition, he wants to delete the name of petitioner Nos.14 and 15 from this SLP.

Prayer is allowed and the names of the petitioner Nos. 14 (Sandeep Pal) and 15 (Ruchika Bhatia) are accordingly deleted. Necessary correction of the Cause Title be made. Accordingly I.A. No.124800/2023 is disposed of in respect of said petitioners.
