Counsel for respondent no.3 submits that the issue involved in the instant matter is same as in SLP (C) No. 7649/2023 and requests

to list SLP (C) No. 7649/2023 alongwith the instant petition. Let office take necessary action, as per rules.

Four weeks time, is granted to respondent No. 3, to file counter affidavit.

After expiry of the said period, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.
