Four weeks time, is granted to respondent Nos. 5 and 8, to file counter affidavit.

In respect of remaining respondents, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to file spare copies, for issuance of notice. List again on 23.08.2023.

Four weeks time, is granted to respondent No. 7, to file counter affidavit.

Despite due service on respondent nos. 1 to 3, 5, 6, 8 and 9, there is no appearance on their behalf.

Two weeks time, is granted to the petitioner, to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars to issue notice to respondent no. 4, who is unserved.
