UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
SLP(C)Nos.23949-23951 of 2023
1. Mr. V. N. Raghupathy, learned counsel for the respondent-State seeks and is granted four weeks' time to file the counter affidavit.
2. Post these matters for hearing on 23.04.2024.
SLP(C)Nos.215-216/2023
1. The Registrar General of the High Court of Karnataka, vide communication dated 13.12.2023, has requested that one month's more time may be granted to forward the scanned/digitized/photocopy of the original records of the Trial Court, in Land Acquisition Case No.33/2017, by translating vernacular documents into English for reference in the instant petitions.
2. In the interest of justice, the time to forward the above-stated record is extended by four weeks.
3. If the scanned/digitized/photocopies of the records are received, the Registry is directed to provide the same to learned counsel for the parties on payment of usual charges, if any.
4. Post these matters for hearing on 23.04.2024.
