Respondent nos.5 to 17 and 21 to 50 have been deleted from the array of parties vide Hon'ble Court's Order dated 27.01.2025.

As per office report, service is not complete on respondent no.1. However, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner states at Bar that he has served the standing counsel of respondent no.1 and had filed the proof of service yesterday evening, but the same is not reflected in the office report. Registry to verify and update the records.

On the strength of the assertions made by Ld. Counsel for the petitioner, let the matter be listed before the Hon'ble Court.

If the said proof of service is not filed, list again on 15.07.2025.
