UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following ORDER
Delay condoned.
We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment on the question of determination with respect to the Schedule 'A' landed property.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, however, ************************************* <sup>322</sup>THerefore, each one of them, as held by the trial court, would be entitled to one-third share. The impuaned judament, however. declares one-half share for each of the brothers and excludes the sister.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petitioners would file a review application/petition only on the said aspect before the High Court. If an application/petition for review is filed, the same may be considered and decided in accordance with law.
Recording the aforesaid, the special leave petition is dismissed.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
