UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

This is a case suppression of compromise dated 3rd November, 2023 which is annexed as 'A-2' filed along with I.A. No.604604 of 2025. It is a material and relevant document. It is pointed out by the contesting respondents that on the basis of the said compromise, after the impugned order was passed, certain amounts have been received by Nandini and Sampath who are the children of the petitioner and who along with the petitioner have been described as parties of the first part in the compromise dated 3rd November, 2023.

Prima facie, this is a case of suppression of material facts. The petitioner must explain his conduct. If two out of three parties who are described as parties of first part have received any amount under the compromise memo dated 3rd November, 2023, it is obvious that this SLP may have to be dismissed, unless there is a valid explanation for the suppression.

We direct the petitioner to file an affidavit explaining his conduct by 28th March, 2025.

List on 4th April, 2025.
