UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent prays that the matter be referred for mediation.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not have any objection.

4. The parties shall appear physically before the learned Mediator

on 03.04.2025 at 02.30 P.M.

5. Thereafter, the learned Mediator would conduct the mediation proceedings through video conferencing, if so requested, and as per the requirement, the parties may be called for physical counseling. 6. The learned Mediator is requested to submit a Report within two months thereafter.

7. However, it is made clear that whenever the petitioner-wife is required to be physically present before the mediator, she shall be entitled to reimbursement by the respondent-husband, which is quantified at Rs.5,000/-(Rupees five thousand) per visit. The first installment be transferred into the bank account of the petitionerwife within one week from today.

6. The matter be listed along with the mediation report on 29.07.2025.
