report was sought from the Registrar General of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, which is not sent though the period of three weeks has already elapsed.

  1. Let an intimation be sent in this regard to Hon'ble the Chief Justice of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh with a request to direct the Registrar General to submit a report within a week failing which the Registrar General shall remain personally present before this Court on the next date of listing.

  2. List the matter on 18th February, 2025.

  3. The matter will be taken up immediately after fresh matters.
