UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. The grievance of the petitioner is that Criminal Appeal Diary No. 4 of 2024 was heard and reserved on 22.07.2024 but the judgment has not been pronounced even on elapse of more than five months. however, the case is listed today again.

2. The Registrar General of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir, shall submit a report regarding the date of hearing of the Criminal Appeal and to further mention whether the judgment has been pronounced or not. The report shall be submitted within three weeks from today.

3. List after three weeks. Report of the Registrar General be placed for perusal on the next date of listing.
