"Leave granted.

Learned counsel for the parties agree that the issue involved in this case is the same which arises in Civil Appeal No. 1117 of 2010 and other batch of matters wherein this Court has vide orders dated 26.08.2011 referred the matter to larger Bench.

Accordingly, this appeal be tagged along with Civil Appeal No. 1117 of 2010."

Accordingly, Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal was issued on 19th December 2015 to all the six respondents. Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 are represented through Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate and respondent Nos. 1 and 6 are represented through Mrs. Anil Katiyar, Advocate. Service of notice is complete.

It is submitted that counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 5 has filed counter affidavit at SLP stage. Copies of the same have been included in the paper books.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
