For Respondent(s)
UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Delay condoned.
Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the issue of release of land, though raised in the additional affidavit, has not been considered by the High Court.
Taking note of the above, four weeks' time is granted to the petitioner from the date of this order
to file a review petition before the High Court.
As and when such a petition is filed, we request the High Court to consider the same on merits, without insisting upon an application for condonation of delay.
The Special Leave Petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to come back against the order presently impugned before us.
Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
