UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R

None appears for respondent No. 2, Ministry of Environment,

Forest and Climate Change.

Court notice will be issued to respondent No. 2 through standing counsel, who shall obtain instructions and appear on the next date of hearing.

Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 will file their respective replies to the affidavit filed by the petitioner, Karnataka State Pollution Control Board1, on 19.09.2024. It is stated that respondent No. 1 has also filed an affidavit in terms of the order dated 06.09.2024. The same will be taken on record.

The petitioner, KSPCB, will be at liberty to file a reply to the affidavit of respondent No. 1 within two weeks from today. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, will be filed by respondent No. 1 within one week after service of the reply.

Re-list for final hearing/disposal on the non-miscellaneous day in the week commencing 02.12.2024.
