UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Permission to file SLP is granted.

We have heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner. We have also taken note of the earlier order dated 21.11.2022 passed by this Court.

In the light of the above, we would only permit the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition under Article 32 of the Constitution, in which case, the observations made in the impugned judgment will not have any bearing and, therefore, the said proceedings will have to be decided independently on their own merits.

The Special Leave Petition is disposed of accordingly.

Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
