UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
$1.$ Delay condoned.
$\mathcal{L}$ The question that would arise for decision on the special leave petition is that whether Exhibit P-4, being an application filed for correction of the award
eleven years after the award was made, should have been allowed by the High Gurt, more so when it was not intended to correct a clerical or arithmetical error as contemplated by Section 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
$3.$ Issue notice. 4. Proceedings before the executing court shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing.
