UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent no.7 has passed away and an application has been moved for deletion of the said respondent. However, the said application has not yet been registered.
On the oral request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, name of the respondent no.7 is deleted from the array of parties at the risk of the petitioner.
Amended memo of parties has already been filed, taken on record.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.5 prays for and is granted four weeks time to file reply.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has moved an application in supersession of the earlier application for substitution, the said application is to delete the name of the deceased respondent no.3 from the array of parties. However, the said application has not yet been registered.
In view of the submissions noted above and on the oral request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the deceased respondent no.3 is deleted from the array of parties at the risk of the petitioner.
