UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

When these matters are called on for hearing,

it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in spite of an order being passed by this Court on 16th October 2023 staying further proceedings in Civil Suits bearing OS No. 261 of 2018 and OS No. 262 of 2018 pending in the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Civil Court Complex, Hyderabad, decree have been passed in the suits on 28th November, 2023.

On behalf of the respondent, it is submitted that the Court was not informed of the order passed by this Court on 16.10.2023.

We shall examine that question later but, as the decree in the said suits have been passed when the stay granted by this Court was operative in those proceedings, we, therefore, stay the operation of the judgment and decree passed by the XVIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad in OS No. 261 of 2018 and OS No. 262 of 2018 on 28th November, 2023.

List the matters on 18.01.2024.

Counter affidavit to be filed in the meantime.
